New Patients

If you are a new patient here, it is very important to make sure you have all your medical records faxed from your referring doctor along with the referral itself if you need one. If you're coming for a breast problem, please make sure to pick up your mammograms and ultrasound films and bring them with you to your appointment with us.

Scheduling Appointments

We value our patients´ time and make every effort to maintain our office schedule of appointments. Unfortunately, patients do not become ill on schedule, operation schedules do not always run smoothly, and emergencies do occur and lengthy waits can result.

• Office hours are 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.
• Offices are closed Saturday and Sunday.
• Four office locations to serve you.
  

Please make your appointment at the office that is most accessible to you. Inform the operator which office you normally visit.

If you are unable to keep your appointment, please cancel as early as possible so that we may use the time for other patients. Please advise the receptionist when you arrive of any change in your address, phone number, marital status, insurance, etc.

All phone calls received during regular hours are answered by our office staff. They are trained to help with your problems so please give them all the information they request so that they may take care of you as soon as possible. Each doctor has set times for returning calls during the day. Emergency calls will be handled wih priority. Less urgent calls may be returned timely manner.

If an urgent problem occurs when our office is closed, call our telephone number to be contacted to our answering service Only in an extreme emergency should you go to the emergency room without first contacting the doctor on call. This will lessen confusion and reduce the delays in your being seen.

Prescriptions & Refills

Prescriptions and refills are issued only during office hours. The best method for having a prescription or refill issued is to ask your pharmacist to call our office with your name and the purpose of the needed prescription. If it is necessary for you to phone our office regarding a refill, please have the name and telephone number of your pharmacy available.

Payments by Phone

Patients may call in their payments on either their account balance or surgery deposit via credit card.
